Bids should be submitted using a fixed price for the 2012/2013 growing season (late spring through fall depending upon climate conditions). Contract is payable in two installments.

QUALIFICATIONS:  High school diploma or equivalent desired
REPORTS TO: Live 2 Learn Director and Assistant Director
JOB GOAL:  To assist students in the opportunity to participate in activities that will foster academic, physical, and social growth.
PERFORMANCE REPSONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists Live 2 Learn Director and Assistant Director in daily preparation of program facility.
2. Assists students during educational, physical, and social activities. 
3. Assists students during snack time.
TERMS OF EMPLOYEMENT:  Pay based on hourly rate. 
LEGAL AND ETHICAL DUTIES: 
1. Maintains confidentiality about all aspects of student performance and written and oral records.
2. Demonstrates a respect for the legal and human rights of students and families.
3. Follows health and safety procedures established by the district.
4. Arrives and departs punctually, notifying appropriate personal about absences and coverage.
5. Demonstrates, loyalty, dependability, integrity, and other ethical standards.
6. Follows the chain of command for various administrative procedures and student or program concerns.
